4% Alabama State lodging tax on rents and fees

$250.00 Reservation Deposit due w/in 7 days of making reservation (Becomes Security Deposit at check-in. Refundable after check out, provided rental terms are met. See Cancellation info below)

An advance payment of 50% of rental total due 60 days prior to check-in

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to reserved date: 100% refund of deposit and any rent payments less a $50 Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reserved date: Forfeiture of Reservation Deposit and the full advance payment. If we are able to re-book the dates for full price, we will refund the Reservation Deposit and advance payment less a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. A partial re-booking (less $ as a result of lowering the price and/ or renting fewer nights) will accordingly result in a partial refund.

There is covered parking for approximately 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available, however we ask that you please limit the number of vehicles in your party.

Extra large boats and pontoons will be difficult to launch from our private ramp as there is limited room to maneuver. Less than a minute away (& directly across the water from our own ramp and dock) is the White Oak Park boat launch. There is a nominal fee to use their ramp.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a nice place for a family vacation with clean, easy lake access, this is the place for you.
